We design programs that equip children, church leaders and national teams to serve their communities faithfully and effectively. Below is a summary of our core programs and how to participate.
Current Programs
- Children's Ministry Training: Practical workshops for Sunday school teachers and children's workers — curriculum, classroom management and discipleship tools.
- Leader Development: Multi-day seminars and mentoring for local leaders on governance, discipleship and sustainable ministry models.
- Community Outreach Projects: Short-term projects that partner with local churches to serve children and families in vulnerable communities.
- Digital Resource Access: Online courses and downloadable teaching materials for self-paced learning.
How to participate

- For in-person events, arrange travel and accommodation as indicated in the event details. For online courses, you will receive access instructions by email.
Costs, scholarships & funding
Many of our programs are subsidized. Fees vary by program and region. We offer scholarships for participants from low-income communities — contact us with a brief request explaining need and context.
Volunteer & partnership opportunities
We welcome volunteers for training delivery, translation, logistics and mentoring. Churches and partners can also sponsor programs or co-host events. Contact partnerships@misjapokolen.org to discuss collaboration.
